What’s on offer
Climate tech community
Our curated community brings together climate entrepreneurs from across the UK to share experiences and support one-another as they grow. Connect in the space or at one of our many community events.
Sustainable design
Informed by experience from our projects in the South East, our HQ in the North is a leading example of circular and sustainable renovation. Many innovations integrated in the space have been sourced directly from our community.
Top-class amenities
Alongside our sustainably stocked cafe-bar, a range of circularly-designed event hubs and breakout spaces can comfortably accommodate 50 to 250 people, with views across the new Innovation District (ID) Manchester campus.
Location
Famous for its brutalist architecture, the Renold Building opened in 1962 as part of The University of Manchester’s North campus, providing a home for generations of engineering students. It now forms the first phase of ID Manchester: a joint venture between Bruntwood SciTech and The University of Manchester.
